HARTFORD, June 17, 2022: Morgan Lewis is representing global specialist insurance company Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) and its subsidiary Tokio Marine Highland (TMH) in the sale of TMH’s US construction division to Intact Insurance Group USA LLC. TMH’s construction business provides primary and excess builders risk insurance in the United States.
The transaction, announced June 17, is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
