Morgan Lewis Advises Point2 Technology on Series B Funding

SILICON VALLEY, April 21, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Point2 Technology, a developer of RF-based interconnect solutions for AI data center infrastructure, on an extension of its Series B financing round led by Maverick Silicon, with participation from NVentures, NVIDIA’s venture capital arm, and UMC Capital, bringing Point2’s total Series B funding to $76 million.

Point2 develops energy-efficient RF and mixed-signal interconnect chips that support high-speed, high-capacity connectivity for AI and accelerated computing infrastructure.

Partners John Park, Corey Mueller, and Zachary Zemlin and associates Benjamin Enriquez and Andrew Yao advised Point2.
