Morgan Lewis invites you to join us for a day of discussions covering the latest updates on international trade and national security developments in light of evolving geopolitical dynamics. The program will feature perspectives from in-house leaders, updates on enforcement trends, and interactive case study sessions focused on real-world application. David Peters, US Department of Commerce; assistant secretary for export enforcement (invited), will join us as a keynote speaker. The day will conclude with a reception.
