Smart devices are not just consumer gadgets: they are data collectors that increasingly touch regulated health information and clinical decision-making. This session will cover data privacy, FDA oversight, and HIPAA to unpack where everyday technology interacts with sensitive personal information. Stay ahead of evolving rules and explore how wearables, apps, and other devices can unintentionally create regulatory exposure.
