On 10 October 2024, the Employment Rights Bill was introduced to the UK Parliament, representing groundbreaking legal reforms and the biggest change to UK employment law since the 1990s.

Join us as we delve into the details of the bill and changes since its creation one year ago, including new rights, enhancements, and the timing of implementation, as well as how these changes will directly impact employers in the United Kingdom.
