26th Annual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute

Partners Sarah Guske and Manita Rawat will speak at the 26th Annual Berkeley-Stanford Advanced Patent Law Institute (APLI).

Sarah will join a panel on Thursday, December 4 from 12:00 – 12:45 am PT: Trends in Patent Enforcement. Manita will join a panel on Friday, December 5 from 12:00 – 12:45 pm PT titled Inventorship and the Standards of Conception.

Co-organized with Stanford Law School, the APLI presents a roster of judges, academics, litigators, patent prosecutors, and senior IP counsel from major corporations offering a results-oriented, in-depth look at the latest developments in patent law and practice.
