The growing interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and the promise it holds for business and consumer applications raises important questions about privacy and cybersecurity. During this program, we will delve into the privacy and cybersecurity challenges with respect to AI under US, EU, and UK laws. This includes regulations under the GDPR and California, Colorado, and Illinois laws, along with related enforcement action and litigation. While we will cover the EU AI Act in more detail during our March 19 AI Boot Camp webinar, this webinar will cover cybersecurity issues raised by this significant law.
