Participants will learn how AI-related missteps could impact SEC enforcement actions, influence securities litigation strategy, and reshape board oversight responsibilities. The program will highlight steps that legal, compliance, and governance teams can take to strengthen controls, mitigate exposure, and prepare for evolving regulatory expectations around AI.
