Full-Day Program
Thursday, May 7, 2026 | 8:30 am–3:00 pm ET

Please join us on May 6 and 7 for the 20th anniversary of our Women in Shared Services and Outsourcing (WISSO) Executive Roundtable in New York City. The program will offer a global perspective on evolving trends impacting the shared services and outsourcing industries, provide meaningful opportunities to connect with peers, and celebrate the women of WISSO.

We are excited to host our welcome dinner at Michelin-recognized Ai Fiori, a bucket-list dining destination bringing the elegance and soul of the French and Italian Riviera to the heart of New York City. Dining at Ai Fiori isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience that blends world-class gastronomy, iconic surroundings, and timeless sophistication.

Join fellow leaders for a full day of dynamic speakers, interactive discussions, and opportunities to connect with your peers.

A highlight of the day will be keynote presenter Sarah Kustok, who will discuss her trailblazing career within professional sports broadcasting. Sarah is the first-ever solo female analyst for an NBA team in her role for the Brooklyn Nets. She is currently an NFL reporter for FOX and a college basketball analyst, having previously served as an analyst and reporter for ESPN and Fox Sports covering the NFL, college football, college basketball, and the WNBA. She is a panelist on CBS’s “We Need to Talk.” Sarah is a two-time winner of the NY Emmy Award for Sports Analyst and a graduate of DePaul University where she played basketball for the Blue Demons.
