Fall Paris Institutional Manager Roundtable 2026

Tim Levin, Gilles Saint Marc, and Steve Stone will host our Fall Paris Institutional Manager Roundtable, organized at The Peninsula Paris.

Designed for senior asset managers and legal counsel from larger traditional asset management firms, this roundtable will examine the key challenges facing asset management companies that are operating across borders.

Discussions will focus on the impact of the French political and economic environment on institutional fundraising, equity and debt investments, and the relative appeal of different asset classes and fund domiciles.

Many other topics will also be covered, including potential growth opportunities for private credit and loan origination funds under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive 2 (AIFMD 2); the use of secondary transactions, general partner–led transactions, and continuation vehicles as liquidity solutions; and conflicts between cross-border regulatory regimes.
