SINGAPORE, September 15, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIF) on first close of NIIF Infrastructure Fund II, NIIF’s second flagship infrastructure fund, at approximately $2 billion.

The fund builds on NIIF’s first infrastructure fund, which has invested across renewables, transmission, and distribution, battery storage, roads, ports and logistics, airports, data centers, and smart metering.

The Morgan Lewis team advising on the transaction included partners Divya Thakur, Carol Tsuchida, Tadao Horibe, Steven Lightstone, and Todd Smith, associates Alvin Ngai and Yining Sun, and of counsel Andrew Deas.
