19 Hiring Traps to Avoid, SHRM

Morgan Lewis partner John Lee and associate Chloe Keating Leigh were quoted by SHRM in an article outlining legal requirements and best practices during the hiring process.  John said that employers should not overlook conducting validation studies for their pre-hire selection tests. Chloe advised that employers should “be sure to account for pre-adverse action requirements imposed by state and local laws.”
