Morgan Lewis Represents Axon in Acquisition of AI-Powered Communications Company Prepared

PHILADELPHIA, September 23, 2025: Morgan Lewis is advising Axon (Nasdaq: AXON) on a definitive agreement to acquire Prepared, an AI-powered emergency communications platform.

Founded in 1993, Axon began with a mission to reimagine conflict in law enforcement and has grown into a global public safety technology company serving everyone from first responders and governments to companies, frontline workers, and communities.
