Morgan Lewis Advises Nebius on New AI infrastructure Agreement with Meta
March 16, 2026LONDON, March 16, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Nebius Group on an up-to-$27 billion AI infrastructure supply agreement with Meta.
Under the five-year agreement, Nebius will provide $12 billion of dedicated capacity across multiple locations, based on one of the first large-scale deployments of the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform.
As part of the agreement, Meta has also committed to purchasing additional available compute capacity across certain upcoming Nebius locations for up to a total of $15 billion.
In December 2025, Morgan Lewis advised Nebius in relation to its multibillion-dollar agreement to deliver GPU-based AI infrastructure to Meta valued at approximately $3 billion over five years. In September 2025, Morgan Lewis advised Nebius on its GPU infrastructure agreement with Microsoft.
