May 07, 2026

PARIS, 7 May 2026: Morgan Lewis has strengthened its global investment management, fintech, and digital assets offerings with the arrival of Arnaud Grünthaler. Arnaud joins the firm from Forvis Mazars Avocats, where he advised on banking and financial regulatory matters, including the fintech and digital assets environment.

“Clients across the financial services sector are navigating fast-changing regulatory and market conditions, particularly in areas such as digital assets and fintech,” said Firm Chair Jami McKeon. “Arnaud’s experience advising on EU financial regulation and innovative financial products enhances our ability to help clients operate confidently in this evolving landscape and pursue new opportunities.”

Arnaud advises a broad range of financial institutions and market participants on regulatory, structuring, and distribution considerations, including market entry into France and engagement with supervisory authorities. He also counsels on emerging areas such as blockchain-based applications and disintermediated finance.

“Arnaud’s arrival strengthens our ability to advise clients operating at the intersection of asset management, financial services, and digital assets,” said Tim Levin, global leader of Morgan Lewis’s investment management practice. “His experience with EU regulatory frameworks and fintech market participants further brings valuable perspective to our work with clients addressing novel products and evolving regulatory expectations. We see these capabilities as essential for servicing our global client base in connection with the rapid development of tokenized investment products.”

“Morgan Lewis is a leading adviser in complex financial services regulatory and transactional matters in Paris, where we have built a closely coordinated team advising clients in a wide range of industries and sectors,” said Dana Anagnostou, managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s Paris office. “As our Paris office continues to grow, Arnaud’s addition enhances our ability to meet increasing client demand for integrated, multijurisdictional support across financial services and digital assets.”

Arnaud’s arrival follows the recent additions of a five-lawyer Paris-based international trade and compliance team in March 2026 and a 54-strong lawyer team in 2025. The Paris office advises clients on a range of domestic and cross-border matters: public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity; banking and finance; intellectual property and privacy; investment management; multijurisdictional employment issues; real estate; corporate compliance and investigations; and litigation, among other areas.
