Our finance practice borrower finance team hosted the third annual Morgan Lewis Finance Forum at our Philadelphia office, an exclusive gathering of more than 70 finance and legal professionals.
Finance partner Ben Stango welcomed the crowd, while partner Andrew Budreika provided guests with an update on the debt markets, before leading a conversation with keynote speaker Brian McNelis, Head of Debt Capital Markets at PNC Financial Services Group.
The event concluded with a reception that gave attendees an opportunity to continue the discussion, deepen relationships, and connect with peers across the market—underscoring the Philadelphia team’s role as a leading convener of borrowers, financial institutions, and other key participants in the debt finance ecosystem.
