Chris is a former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission; served as White House counsel to President Ronald Reagan; and was a 17-year member of the US House of Representatives including as chairman of the Homeland Security Committee and the Select Committee on US National Security. He is currently a partner at Morgan Lewis and serves as the president of Morgan Lewis Consulting.
