Huntington Bank Legal Summit Panel: Attorney Client Privilege for In-House Counsel

Our one-hour panel discussion will focus on the attorney-client privilege for in-house counsel. The panel presentation will address many facets of the privilege, including, but not limited to, (1) an overview of the privilege, (2) the basic requirements for its application, (3) conditions under which the privilege may be waived, (4) the ownership and control of the attorney-client privilege, and (5) general best practices. Additionally, hypothetical discussions will take place during the panel presentation.
