In May 2025, in a patent infringement lawsuit held in the Marshall Division of EDTX (Eastern District of Texas) before Judge Gilstrap, the litigation team at Morgan Lewis, representing defendant LG, achieved a rare victory by securing a jury verdict of “non-infringement” and “invalidity” for all five disputed patents. This rare achievement marks a significant milestone in patent litigation. In this seminar, we will invite the litigation team that secured this historic victory to discuss how they overcame challenges and secured a complete victory in the EDTX.
