The fifth edition of Better Safe Than Sorry 2025 will focus on the Latest Developments in IPR and ITC.
In addition to the changes in the criteria for discretionary denial in IPR and its impact on practice, we will also discuss the trend of the Domestic Industry Requirement, which is being interpreted in an expansive manner by the ITC and explain the issues that domestic companies should be aware of with the latest precedents and practical examples. The seminar will also cover the trend of the Domestic Industry Requirement (DIMR), which is being extended and interpreted under the ITC.
We will also provide a Rakugo performance and a reception for those attending at the venue.
We look forward to your participation.
