In the fourth session of the 2026 Better Safe Than Sorry seminar, we will focus on US International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation. ITC Section 337 investigations are special administrative proceedings, distinct from patent litigation in federal district courts, with import exclusion as the primary remedy. This seminar will explain, using specific examples, the legal framework and procedural flow, as well as the key practical points to be aware of from the perspective of both the complainant and the respondent.
This seminar will be held in a hybrid format, combining an online session with an in-person venue in Marunouchi.
