Morgan Lewis Represents Guardian Capital Partners in Acquisition of Heatscape

PHILADELPHIA, November 19, 2025: Morgan Lewis advised private equity firm Guardian Capital Partners on the acquisition of Heatscape Inc., a provider of advanced thermal management solutions.

Guardian is a private equity firm focused on control investments in lower middle-market businesses across industrial technology, specialty business services, and digital infrastructure.

The Morgan Lewis deal team included partners Avryl Klich and Kevin Shmelzer and associates Thiago Batista Coelho da Cunha and Brian Melton, and the financing team included Matt Riehle and associates Annie Moody and Zoe Perez.
