Morgan Lewis Advises White Mountain Partners on BaseSix Systems Acquisition

DALLAS and NEW YORK, April 2, 2026: Morgan Lewis represented White Mountains Partners (WMP), a White Mountains operating company, in the acquisition of a majority interest in BaseSix Systems LLC, a provider of building systems integration and aftermarket service. 

WMP is a wholly owned business unit of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. and provider of institutional capital to family-, founder-, and entrepreneur-owned businesses in the essential services, light industrial, and specialty consumer sectors. BaseSix provides the design, installation, retrofit, maintenance, and repair of low voltage building systems for commercial and institutional customers across the fire and life safety, network and wireless, security and access control, and audio-visual disciplines.
