Morgan Lewis Advises Bridge to Life on $110M Series C and Debt Financing

PRINCETON, August 12, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Bridge to Life Ltd., an organ preservation and perfusion technology company, on the successful completion of a $110 million Series C and debt financing. The equity financing was led by new investor Soleus Capital, along with Lauxera Capital Partners, and the debt financing was provided by Soleus Capital Credit Opportunities Fund.

Bridge to Life focuses on supporting organ transplantation through science-based solutions. The company’s portfolio includes technologies for cold static preservation and machine perfusion designed to support transplant teams across the organ preservation and transplantation process.
