Morgan Lewis Advises Supernus Pharmaceuticals on Merger with Indivior Pharmaceuticals

LONDON, August 13, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. on its definitive agreement to merge with Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in an all-stock transaction that will create a diversified central nervous system (CNS) biopharmaceutical company.

The combined entity will be named Supernus, Inc. and will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol SUPN. The transaction is expected to combine the companies’ complementary commercial portfolios and development capabilities across psychiatry, neurology, and addiction treatment.

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing products for the treatment of CNS diseases.

Indivior Pharmaceuticals is a leader in long-acting injectable treatments for opioid use disorder (OUD). Indivior is singularly focused on delivering evidence-based treatment and advancing understanding of OUD as a chronic but treatable brain disease.
