PHILADELPHIA, December 29, 2014 – Morgan Lewis represented BNI (Business Network International), a worldwide leader in business networking, in the growth investment by Pioneer Equity Partners.
The transaction was announced on December 10, 2014. BNI has just less than 7,000 chapters comprising nearly 175,000 member-businesses across 58 countries. Pioneer Equity Partners is an investment group that invests in growing service businesses on a long-term basis.
