Partners Stacie R. Hartman, Rob Schwartz, Sandra L. Moser, Justin Weitz, and associate Maria O’Keeffe co-authored an article for the July/August 2025 issue of Futures & Derivatives Law Report discussing a recently issued advisory from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission that updates how firms can receive credit for self-reporting potential violations and cooperating in investigations, as well as related guidance from the agency’s operating divisions.
