In the fourth session of Better Safe Than Sorry in 2025, we will provide an overview of the basic concepts, rules, and special considerations related to the requirements for written description and enablement under Section 112 of US patent law, followed by a detailed explanation of practical considerations using concrete examples.
This seminar will be held in a hybrid format, combining an online session and a live event at the Shoseien Garden at Kyoto Tōhō-onji Temple. At the live venue, we will be providing a Japanese traditional vegetarian bento box, and we look forward to welcoming you. We hope you will enjoy the seminar and opportunities to connect with others while admiring the beautiful Japanese garden.
Due to space limitations, attendance is limited to 20 participants. Please note that this event is scheduled close to the main events of the Gion Festival, so please make arrangements for transportation and accommodation in advance.
We look forward to your participation.
