Litigation partners Ariel Gurksy and Ben Indek and investment management partner Jack O’Brien will participate in SIFMA’s Compliance & Legal 2026 Seminar in Orlando, Florida. For more than half a century, this annual event has been the preeminent conference for compliance and legal professionals in the financial services industry. Attendees include compliance officers, in-house counsel, and regulators.
Ariel will speak on the panel Investor Freedom, Firm Responsibility: Navigating Compliance in Self-Directed Investor Models, while Jack will speak on the panel ETF Evolution: Trading Trends, Risks & the Road Ahead. Ben will moderate a main stage panel of Chief Compliance Officers that will discuss key industry issues such as leading through AI, regulatory change, and market reinvention.
