DALLAS, March 24, 2021: Morgan Lewis represented Brokers International Ltd. in the company’s definitive agreement to be acquired by Integrity Marketing Group LLC.
Brokers has been family-owned and independently operated since 1983 and focuses on serving the nation’s insurance and retirement agents, agency partners, and financial advisers. Integrity, based in Dallas, is an independent distributor of life and health insurance products.
