LONDON, August 12, 2026: Morgan Lewis advised Pantheon, a private markets investor, on the successful final closing of Pantheon Global Co-Investment Opportunities Fund VI (PGCO VI) and related vehicles, at $3.2 billion. This fund represents Pantheon’s largest co-investment program to date.
