Morgan Lewis Global Public Company Academy
The Morgan Lewis Global Public Company Academy is a series of webinars designed to provide comprehensive advice and the latest regulatory and legal developments on matters relating to capital markets transactions, corporate governance, ESG, and executive compensation matters. The GPCA provides comprehensive training materials crafted for legal, accounting, human resources, and corporate governance and compliance professionals at public companies, as well as board members or others who are otherwise subject to or involved in reviewing public disclosure documents for these companies.
These webinars bring together Morgan Lewis’s securities, corporate governance, executive compensation, and litigation lawyers to cover updates on current developments impacting public companies. The program is set up so that each session is self-contained, and geared toward learning in an efficient and convenient format. Participants can pick topics of particular interest or relevance, or attend the entire series.
