• Lead the meet and confer process and manage discovery disputes, including motion practice 
• Negotiate ESI protocols and protective orders with opposing parties and government agencies
• Assert privilege, prepare privilege logs, and implement clawback agreements 
• Take and defend discovery-related 30(b)(6) depositions, and provide declarations and testimony regarding discovery processes and defensibility

Our forensics specialists support defensible identification, preservation, and collection of data for litigation, investigations, regulatory inquiries, and urgent preservation needs.

Our capabilities include:

• Forensic preservation and collection from computers, mobile and smart devices, social media, websites, cloud repositories, collaboration platforms, and enterprise systems
• Remote and on-site collections, including cross-border collections through our global partner network

Our in-house eDiscovery technology and analytics team provides a full suite of services across the discovery lifecycle, including data processing, hosting, analytics, review, and production. These services are delivered through our secure, cloud-based RelativityOne environment, including UK-based and FedRAMP-authorized RelativityOne Government environments for qualifying matters. Our capabilities are enhanced by Relativity add-ons, third-party tools, and proprietary solutions for workflow management, reporting, and quality control. 

We also provide in-country services across non-US jurisdictions through long-standing technology partners.

Our lawyers work closely with our eDiscovery technology and analytics professionals and are proficient in RelativityOne’s functionality, including its GenAI-assisted tools, while remaining technology agnostic with experience across other leading eDiscovery software used by clients and their providers. They oversee end-to-end review planning and execution, including workflow design, reviewer training and oversight, validation and quality control, reporting, and coordination with merits counsel, and eDiscovery technology teams.
