Morgan Lewis has proudly housed MCCA in our Washington, DC, office for over 15 years. Many of our lawyers have participated in MCCA’s Pitch Session Network, Sources of Success Program, G-TEC Forum, and Pathways Conference.
LCLD’s marquee programs connect our lawyers with outside council from more than 300 member organizations.
The Mansfield Rule is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments has the opportunity to advance into leadership. Diversity Lab granted Morgan Lewis Mansfield Certification in 2018 and Mansfield Certification Plus every year since 2019.
Morgan Lewis is honored to have been recognized in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index since 2009. With a 100% score in 2023–2024, the firm received the Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
